Eine kleine Überraschung gab es gegen Ende von 1×07. Julian McMahon (Charmed und Nip/Tuck) hat eine kleine Gastrolle übernommen und zwar den Kerl im Fahrstuhl :p 1×07 war der einzige Auftritt von Julian in dieser Sitcom.

Karen: Oh honey, I think I found something to make you feel better.
Grace: Oh Karen, you didn’t have to buy me clothes.
Karen: Oh, I didn’t honey. These are to cheer me up. Yeah, you’ve been bringing me down lately.

(Everyone has left. As Will cleans up, Grace waves a pair of white shorts on a stick from her bedroom door.)
Grace: I’m waving the white delicate. Can we be friends again?
Will: Oh, and, uh, Gracie, the next time you’re gonna offer me a truce, wave your own white delicates.
Grace: Yours are prettier.

Karen: Oh! Honey, you sound just like Stan in bed.
